Turns out a Windows update made the tablet basically useless when its plugged into it.

Tablet gets plugged in, works for a few hours, disconnects randomly.
Trying to reconnect it gives the same windows error message "Unknown device plugged into usb port". Tried every single usb port imaginable. Didnt work. Tried reseting the whole tablet, that also didnt work, I tried everything that I could think of, even reseting its own drivers.
