Understandable. It could be several things--the fact that the only non-Pixar CG cartoons I grew up with were Jimmy Neutron and a little bit of Butt-Ugly Martians (obviously today's TV-quality CG cartoons look much more polished more than 20 years later); the strong motion blur making it look similar to the pre-rendered cutscenes in Dreamcast/GameCube era Sonic Team games (I'll try to tone down the blur in my next animation); the fact that, while I've practiced modeling, texturing a ton in the past year, my rigging and animation skills could use some improvement; and ultimately, I'm just one person working on a complex 3D animation, and the only way I'll learn is to not let perfect be the enemy of the good and get these out more quickly so that I can get feedback and improve faster.

Still, in the past, my 3D art has been compared to early '90's CGi, so the fact this looks more "Y2K" CGi for you shows that I'm improving slowly-but-surely. Thanks!
